Thank you for your interest in Crushd! My name is Casey and I’m the creator of Crushd Fitness. I am so excited to have you join me in a workout! Below you’ll find information to help you prepare for your group class.
- Crushd classes are located virtually. After scheduling a session, you’ll be given a Zoom link.
- Eat at least 1 hr before your workout. Pre-workout Recipes: small bowl of oatmeal with fruit and peanut butter, whole wheat toast with jelly, or even a small bowl of brown rice and an egg.
- When we meet, please let me know about any pre-existing injuries and conditions. This helps me modify safe exercises for you during class.
- Each workout is 30 mins long and includes a complimentary goal setting meeting with your trainer.
- Bring a water bottle, so you are fully prepared to hydrate! Can’t wait to meet you in class!
